At Rouge Beauty Parlor, we believe that everyone deserves to be glamorous. As a collective, our hair styling philosophy is that we help you find a style that is both unique and effortless. We want you to leave Rouge feeling your fiercest and confident that your look will last until your next appointment. Our tribe of stylists are highly skilled in cutting, color, highlights, balayage, extensions, fashion colors, and make-up. We are committed to the education of the craft, so much so that as a salon we have a fund set up so that our tribe can go to classes or we can fly in some of the most talented hair stylists to keep us on top of industry trends.

Rouge Beauty Parlor was founded in January 2020 with the goal to provide the “big city” salon experience to Lubbock. Lubbock natives Garrett & Wes, have traveled all over the world but find their roots in West Texas and wanted to provide their hometown with something that reminded them of their travels. Rouge combines an urban-vibe taken from the streets of the R.I.N.O. District in Denver withParisian elegance. Our commitment to Downtown Lubbock is strong through a partnership with Burklee Hill Vineyards to provide you with a great glass of wine during your visit. We are also located steps away from The West Table, Brewery LBK, and Italian Garden and highly recommend a visit to any before or after your appointment.

Rouge Beauty Parlor exclusively sales R+Co. Products and Fragrances. These products are crafted by a collective of industry experts to be some of the best products you will ever use. Each of their products are formulated without parabens, sulfates (SLS or SLES), mineral oil and petrolatum. They are all vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free and color-safe. The packaging and fragrances were designed to enhance that experience and evoke a feeling, place, style or attitude. You’ll know just by looking at a bottle or tube what a product is meant to do, and the subtle yet sophisticated fragrances—meant for both men and women.
